My husband is from the south. I have actually seen him hugging the lit fireplace on a day like this. Meanwhile, I (native Wisconsinite) was in the yard rolling around in the snow with the dogs. I may have also snuck a snowball in and got the hubs with it.

Meanwhile on the west coast there is either not enough snow to matter but school is canceled anyway, or you are in a real mountain area with so much snow that resistance is futile and school does not get delayed over snow.

As a New Englander, I can confirm this is 100% accurate! 😅
Everything from checking the weather forecast for the temperature in the coming days to get out of shoveling (As the saying goes: If you don't like the weather in New England, just wait a minute... It will change), and the covering of the license plate to hide your tags (Although they've finally started to crack down on that in recent years), to the extremely accurate guarding of the parking spot, and of course you can't forget the snow art of a giant shlong! 😂

I'm from MN and moved to PA for over a year, this is super accurate, except that MN would normally get wayyyy more snow with that positive personality to go out and shovel a lot. Absolutely nailed it!

As a Chicagoan the “dibs” of the east coast was too real, but everything else from the Midwest was spot on.
