Empowering consumers through crowdsourcing Ploutos H2020

The Ploutos Sustainable Innovation Pilots implement innovations across 13 European countries. They co-design, pilot, validate and assess the approaches, in order to enhance their performance through the environmental, social and economic sphere. In this video, Mr. Lampis Kotsou from “Poios Einai To Afentiko?!” (PETA) and Mr. Benjamin Chartoire from “C’est Qui Le Patron?!” (CQLP) discuss the work done in the Sustainable Innovation Pilot in France and Greece, which empowers consumers through crowdsourcing for regaining control over their food.
