Oshi no Ko character Miyako is underrated. Especially how much she cares about Ruby Hoshino. Love how the oshi no ko fans are fighting over Arima Kana and Kurokawa Akane, I'll make a poll soon and include Ruby and Aqua Hoshino too. Maybe Ai Hoshino. I noticed her character development too. It was amazing how she went from that lazy, sulking, greedy woman to genuinely caring about Aqua and Ruby in a matter of just 3 years. While Aqua needed little to no parenting, Rubi was still much of child mentally and physically. She was truly scarred when her 'Mama' died, while Aqua was scarred by "Ai's" death. Miyako has taken good care of her all these years, definitely one of the best mother figures in anime history

Ruby herself is underrated too from what I've seen

I legit cried at how Miyako genuinely loved the twins, she wasn't mean, she didn't shun them, she didn't even exploit them, and even supported the twin in their careers, she's caring, considerate, and a genuine person and I love her for that

Not only she emphasized that Ai will always be their only mother but also the fact she herself admits she see's them as her own children and proved it by taking all the responsibilities alone for years, cant show enough respect for her. One of the best moms

Literally for the first time in my anime career have I ever cried for someone's death, Ai Hoshino 's death really made me cry but the end credit and the aftermath completely broke me.

Oshi no ko honestly the best anime we've gotten in days.

i read the manga and I liked her character so much she grew the kids as she was their mother but also respected the kids decision to have AI as their only mother, she managed everything the company the kids the house everything, she is such a respectful woman ❤

All jokes aside, she really is underrated and kind, when she offered to adopt them as her own children I cried even more since this scene came up a few mins after ai's death.

Nah that scene of her hugging Ruby legit made me cry, whilst I thought the director was a better mentor for Aqua, I was so happy that she gave them th option in their time of need yk... not only did she ask them if it was alright, but she confessed that she saw them as her own kids😭🫂 it was so unexpected, brought tears to my eyes

It was a roller-coaster of emotions for Miyako.
First I thought of her as a bad character but at the end of the episode..my thought totally changed and realized that she is actually a good and caring character.
