As a Texan, I'm beyond embarrassed by this governor. To people like myself who is still recovering from covid and have also lost people please protect yourself & your families. Remember no masks and 100 percent opened spaces does not mean no virus. People are wreckless and don't care about anyone's health including their own. 🙏🏽

& keep your stupid comments to your self, I don't care about your ignorance. May every word of ignorance you speak be redirected as seeds sown that you and everything connected to you reap.

Criminally negligent homicide...In order for the court to find a person guilty of criminally negligent homicide, the state has the burden of proving that the defendant (1) acted with criminal negligence, and (2) caused the death of a person. To establish criminal negligence, the state must prove the defendant’s indifference to the risk of death. Seems a slam dunk to me...

this absolutely means nothing. local municipalities, cities and townships can keep their mask mandates in place. the mayors have that power.
