Plants contain 1000's of phytochemicals, many of which have effects on the human body. Plant sterols can have this specific effect on red blood cells that many people don't know about.
Dr Mason and I discuss this and other important things that can affect your health in this video.

Dr. Paul Mason is a specialist in Sports and Exercise Medicine Physician holding a degree with honors Medicine, a bachelors degree in Physiotherapy and a master's degree in Occupational Health. He is a renown expert in evidence based nutrition, treating both the general public and elite athletes. Understanding that the word doctor derives from the Latin word for 'teacher', Dr Mason places a significant emphasis on the education of his patients, empowering them to make informed decisions that are right for them. First and foremost, he focuses on diet and lifestyle ahead of pharmaceuticals, and has no time for bad science driven by ideology.

My mom was very ill and was taking a freezer bag full of drugs. I had to pick her up and put her in the car. Went to heart Dr and I took everything with me. I told the Dr that we need to go through this, he was not happy but I stood my ground and he sat down and went bottle by bottle and I kid you not she left having to take 3 meds and she regained her strength. Older people sometimes need someone to advocate for them. They go to several Drs and get prescriptions from all of them and most of the time never tell the next Dr what they’re taking. Please stand up for your parents.

I'm an American veteran 70 yr old/ female herbalist.
My VA Dr. In 2023 told me I'm his only patient (of over 200) that is not on any prescription meds. Then apologized for laughing at me 7 years ago when he became my Dr. for doing everything I can with food & herbs.
He said his average patient is on over 15 meds. During the peak of 2020 I told him how to prevent illness, then after the jab I told him how to prevent the protein spikes. Since then he started asking questions I gave him the info of every channel I watch and the herbalist courses I've taken.
Last month he proudly told me he's been weening all his patients off as much pharma to natural as he can. His patients average of prescriptions is now about 6 & declining & so is the depression & suicide rate.

Two of the Dr's that saved my life. You guys took me from pre-diabetic, high blood pressure, peeing throughout the night, non-sleeping, chubby, and heading to a heart attack or stroke... Into a thin and healthy 50 year old Keto-vore with abs poking through.

I never saw this coming.

Thank you guys so much.

I wish one of these two was my personal physician. So much respect for Doctor Mason and Doctor Berry.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy of 30+ years, and I can say, without question, that the two of you are doing more with these videos to alleviate human suffering and extend lifespan and quality of life than just about anyone else on the planet. God bless you both and the courage you exhibit to bring these essential facts to light.

My youngest has autism with aggressive behaviors, medication is barely doing anything for him and I'm running out of options. My oldest son still lives with me, he's 400lbs with severe asthma and is on a CPAP machine at 26 years old. He's resisting the idea of carnivore, but he is in for a shock because I'm slowly but surely eliminating processed foods from my grocery list. I buy and prepare the food, so ultimately...

I have one for u, Dr. B. At 25, I started having very bad heartburn. All the usual test. No ulcer, no gallbladder problems, etc. I noticed my bowl movements were not normal too. Colonoscopy showed everything normal. I was put Antacid. It helped but I had to take them continually.
I went to chiropractic visit with my wife. He offered me a free check. When he got to the center of my back there was a sore spot that I was totally unaware of. He adjusted me and by the 2nd visit my heartburn was gone and bowel movements normal again. I discovered this about my situation. I'm a singer. When I sing in my upper register the symptoms would occur. The chiropractor was able to solve the problem the MD could not solve and refused to believe what was causing them problem was the problem. Dr's ego often stand in the way of a patients best interest. Work every angle to find the patient a solution.

De-prescribing isn’t taught in med school because Pharma helps fund them.

When we believe the packaged processed boxes in the grocery store is food, we know we’re in trouble!

My mother was on about twenty medications at one time. She was groggy, slurring her speech, looked awful, and had several falls from falling asleep on her feet. She also had fallen asleep at the wheel of her car three times and drove off the road (thankfully with no damage to her or the car). She was in her mid-seventies at the time. I finally got her to talk to her doctor (she was seeing several different doctors for different conditions, and they'd prescribed medications without checking to see what else she was taking); he took her off of most of the medications, and she recovered from all of those symptoms. She's now 88 and still able to drive safely, and has an active life. I'd love to see her go on the carnivore diet, but she's had too much bad dietary advice over the years and thinks it's unhealthy.

Can we please clone Dr. Mason. He's been one of my favorite "Googled" Doctors and practically all Doctors associated with Low Carb Down Under for 2+ years when I changed my diet life. He's an invaluable resource. Good sense of humor too. More please.

I suffered with acid reflux so bad I had an endoscopy that showed inflammation. I was on Omeprazole and believed it would be life long.
Around 6 years ago, after a health scare, I started looking into things deeper and started the keto diet. It was amazing, but I worried the high fat and meat content would exacerbate the reflux.
I then found a video by your good self, Dr Berry, and you said " there is a reason humans have a highly acidic stomach acid, it's to break down meat and fat"!
Hurray! Never taken a PPI since and never had acid reflux!
Just one benefit that I am thankful for.😊

My cardiologist and internist don’t educate me. I usually try and educate them. My cardiologist is old and stuck in his old school ways telling me not to eat fat and red meat and my internist is young and inexperienced. I have learned so much by listening to these two doctors.

Paul Mason has been a valuable source for years and without exception his lectures show a deep level of research and understanding without overwhelming the listener. A+.

I HAD to share this amazing exchange with my Nurse Practitioner - she's my doc and I helped the guy in their office that takes people's blood to lose 80 lbs in the 9 months between my Oct visit at 3 months Carnivore and my recent June visit at 11 months Carnivore. WOW, not only do my numbers (trigs 54 and HDL 84 ratio .64) make me happy, but she's GOTTA know it's helped her own co-worker. I did a video on my bloodwork, and how he could FIND my vein now, first off and then how HE HUGGED ME AND THANKED ME AND ....told me that he told another patient about you, Dr. Berry and she could barely move and now grateful to HIM for telling her about YOU. This is sooo blasted wonderful to help a fellow man/woman. You two doctors are doing SUCH AMAZINGLY GREAT THINGS BY EDUCATING THOSE WILLING TO LISTEN. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I am 68 and dont take priscriptions or vitiamins.. I found myself with slightly elevated blood pressure and slight increase in cholesterol, doctor said I may have to take medication. I refused. I think diet is the most important healer. I was a grain eater and gained weight over the last 2 years. Switched to ketovore and now losing weight and blood work is back to normal.
