Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskara A) is the foundation of any Ashtanga or Vinyasa practice. It is a comprehensive series that really gives you just about everything you need in your yoga practice (besides a twist and Savasana).

It is traditional in Ashtanga to do 108 Sun Salutations on the Summer and Winter Solstice. And, yeah, they don't include any handstands. That's just my special addition! 🤸‍♀️

Because I assume you would be really bored watching me do this 108 times (it took almost three hours), I am saving you the agony and showing just one...on super speed (5x).
