Daniel Andrews resigns as Victorian Premier: 'It's time to go'
Daniel Andrews has announced his resignation.
The Victorian Premier made the announcement accompanied by wife, Catherine, at a snap press conference outside the Victorian parliament.
Mr Andrews said being the Premier was the “privilege of my life” but it "takes 100 per cent from you and your family".

“Today I will again visit Government House and resign as Premier and a member for Mulgrave, effective 5pm tomorrow,” he said.
