ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Clara Liang
Clara is a seasoned Product Leader with years of experience in senior leadership roles. She is currently working with the international teams at Airbnb as the VP and General Manager. Her team supports both guests and hosts in almost 200 countries while also working on Airbnb for work, luxe, monthly stays, their homes partnerships, and Olympics products. Prior to this, she led the luxury business also as VP & General Manager. While she was GM of professional hosting and long-term stays, she piloted the acquisitions of HotelTonight, Urbandoor, and Luckey. She also was Director of Product for platforms and hosts. Not only is her experience extremely impressive, she also studied at top-notch Standford University for her Bachelor's before going for her Master's in Technology Commercialization at the University of Texas, Austin.

Anne Diaz
Anne is a strong leader who not only guarantees results herself but pushes her team to ensure everyone is working to create at the best of their ability. She is now working on Product for Anti-Discrimination at Airbnb. During her almost six years with the company she has also held roles as Experience Researcher and Lead Experience Researcher/Research Manager for Trust and Support Products. Her colleagues label her as a super organized, hard worker who is truly passionate about making a difference in the world through the businesses and the people that she works alongside. When working at Causes, she would not stop until the company culture completely took in and acted on both the aspirations and frustrations of their customers. She is always looking for ways to improve herself, her work, and her team.
