PayPal said that they could go into a customer's bank account and remove $2, 500. Anybody that signs a contract that allows a company to in big Ambiguously take $2, 500 from your account anytime they feel that you have hurt their feelings deserves what they get

PayPal was 13 dollars higher than they were in July of this year. It's great they took a loss from this BS policy but sadly the drop in value isn't nearly as dramatic as people are suggesting.
What did they do prior to last July that caused their value to drop even more than if did this last week?
