You can no longer record the screen with the regular version of this program since the latest update, but you can still do it with the Beta version. It is available from the Microsoft Store.

Is this only available on Win 11 Pro? I have Home 11 and Intel i9 and do not see the capture setting at the top. I'm trying to capture audio production captures.

Thanks, Brian, I find this very useful. I could record audio from inside the computer but not from my default mic on the laptop. Is this a feature anyone else could not get to work?

Hi Brian. I have AMD / NVIDIA and Win 10. Use WinKey-G to open XBox Capture and off you go. Actually use 3 displays so focus on a window on the one you want to record before pushing the keys. Check settings in Settings/Gaming/Captures. Works on my Intel Laptop also. (I have noted this as a reply down below, but thought it may not be seen there) Great channel. Love ya stuff! You have to have a 6th Gen intel core processor or newer to have it on your system.

Sounds great. Sadly, after I accept the T&Cs, I don't get Games/Capture on the Home page - just some guff about Intel GPUs. There's a sidebar too; but it only has basically hardware setings. Shame

I have a problem with this each time I press record I get Undefined Behavior update graphics drivers ( Done ) and then make sure there is no VPN ( None ) /Fireawall while streaming I have tried the suggestion on the Intel support page nothing worked.

R5 5600X here so will stick with OBS. It's a bit of a faff but works and is free.
