I loved love Simon, and I'm excited for love victor, looking forward to seeing how victor will be dealing with his sexuality with non-accepting parents especially since I'm a gay Muslim and my parents will never accept it

*GAY LATINO HYPER-MASCULINE COMMUNITY*
Myself being a gay latino, I feel like this TV show might show how it is to come out in a latino or black community where our communities are very hyper-masculine and you are looked down upon if your gay because thats not the macho thing to do. I love the diversity Love, Victor has.

*THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY*
I loved that the original movie of Love, Simon showed that he got a positive reaction from his family but I feel like Love, victor will show the other side of the story to those who dont get a good reaction. Both are still realistic depending on who is watch it

the reason why they made the show with his grandparents or his parents not accepting him is a lot of the lgbtqia+ community couldn't relate to love Simon because his family and friends were extremely accepting so they wanted to make a more relatable show

This was originally going to be released on Disney +. And I’m actually kinda annoyed it went to Hulu. It adds to the whole “Disney hates LGBTQ” drama. I’m honestly starting to think my theory about Raya being the first lesbian princess will be debunked.
