You should turn the radio on before the car. If you don't the receiver on the car could pick up signals from things like passing emergency vehicles and take off on it's own. I love all the smaller scale stuff but I've never owned a mini-Z. Maybe it's time to jump in on one.

I remember when I had one, that was over a decade ago. I got it when they were in the early days, one of the first version. They're brilliant. Getting back into mini4 building got me wanting another one of these. Could also use it as an example for suspension building :D You knew I had to bring that up right? I'm surprised how far they've come along and how many upgrade options there are now. I was figuring that dxn might go for stocking and setting up a track for these since they're so very similar to mini4's. It's what I would do if I was focusing on a store based of mini cars, maybe even mini indoor rc airplanes/helicopters too.

From the video, those clips are for the suspension to make the springs harder. I bet you could change the motor for any of the tamiya motors too if you got a good soldering iron. Also, did you know there's 2wd and 4wd? Also there is different types of each for drifting and racing blew my mind :D
