The reason EA isn’t adding Platini( and probably never will) is because he was involved in a corruption case with former FIFA president, Sepp Blatter. We know EA don’t add players who are politically active in any genre. The reason they removed George Weah from FIFA 18 (he was an absolute beast on FIFA 17) because he became politically active and is now the president of Liberia. Same with Romario who is an active politician in Brazil( even though he is one of the greatest strikers of all time). They also haven’t added Franz Beckenbauer due to his 2006 WC scandal. There you have it why EA doesn’t add players like that.
