As a knife maker I can confidently say that just because the edge is 20 degrees (which is a pretty standard edge angle) that does not make the blade keen. How thick the material behind the edge is makes way more difference in the feel of the cutting performance. There is no reason to make a 2 inch knife the thickness of a 3 foot sword.

I guess I’ll be the only one in here to say that the knife looks well thought out and probably ticks a lot of boxes of what people have asked for. But now all you will hear is that it’s not what they want. Can’t please everyone.
