Hunt the leads, contact the prospects, close those prospects, win loads or shipments, source the carrier for the load, negotiate the rate with the carrier, check call the load while running the load, notify customer of any updates, make sure their customer is paying their bills....then get paid your commission.

Im currently in progress to work at one of these places. Im only 19 and I could totally use the money.

Will your course help if you are going to be working at a big box brokerage? I am going to be starting tql and from what they told me they do not really have a sales or prospecting process so I want to be prepared.

One of the shipper by accident or not had posted shipper to broker rate on BOL their rate was 1400 and they paid to us 800 so if this few low cost brokers earn 80% on margin how much are those expensive ones making???

Until that non compete hand cuffs you to get a job and they take any customer you get and fire you and give them to other brokers and you can’t even drive for “DoorDash” or anything in sales for over a year
