Other weapons do work, some need to be fix, but I can confirm that any non modular weapons can still be used, except for example the sideways guns and possibly the flash light

Vice you have to trade the health for the reward he dosent give you for gold for example you will take damage if you want a random weapon

id say they put the first person mode in zero build. looks way more realistic in zero build than building. in my opinion first person mode in zero build / ranked is better

the npc dont give.. if you dont know marvel comics Mephisto is the devil kinda like Lucifer is in Dc. Mephisto will take your health away if you get one of those listed...
