Thanks to Zeland for providing the music for this video. If you enjoyed it check his out on SoundCloud or Youtube

Please Subscribe if you would like to see future Yugioh content including more irl deck profiles, deep dives into other decks, and more yugioh related content.

It’s literally been months since I started playing and this is probably the most helpful video I’ve found on chain blocking.

Great presentation a video on missing timing could be helpful for beginners

As OG player of yugi I never really learned chain blocking, after I stopped playing yugi and started playing magic I had to learn the stack it seems like the chain is very similar to Magic’s stack mechanics

I think a good topic to cover would be missing the timing as it’s difficult to explain to new players

Ohh so more than blocking a chain is just arranging 2 effects that trigger at the same time making the most important one as #1 in said chain

Could you make a video explaining how you can use Chain Strike with continuous sleep cards?

10k views and only 600 likes. Man the YuGiOh community really are lazy players.

The information in this video is concise, quick and incredibly important. The rulings of minor details like mandatory and optional effect speeds is just a bonus. Things have come a long way since 2003.

I’ve been told that turn player has priority so they may respond to his own card before I do. Meaning he can activate a card, chain a card to that (as long as it can respond to the card) then pass priority to me

It’s crazy they consider this a children’s card game, I’m 28 and have no idea what is going on

Its would be nice if you take some time to talk about skull servants. I realy like that archetype but i have problems to handle the deck. May you have a good advice

Can “called by the grave” be chain blocked as well as “there can only be one”? Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m assuming since they’re both not affecting the monsters on the field they can still work? Please let me know and thank you!

I only play the game casually, but one of my friends always annoys me/my other friends by chaining two or three Volcanic counters as soon as he takes enough battle damage, claiming that because of the chain block, only the last one can be negated. Is that actually allowed?

The effect, for reference: When you take battle damage while this card is in your Graveyard: Banish it from your Graveyard, then if there is a FIRE monster other than "Volcanic Counter" in your Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of battle damage you took.
