Rated 100 percent for liver cancer via pact act. Had tumor and partial liver resection recently. I’m still receiving treatment for cancer. My question is when should I file for secondary’s due my surgery. Scars, liver resection, pain in shoulder since surgery and currently on thyroid medication due to result of treatment medication. Never had thyroid problems until receiving medical treatment for cancer.

I had an appointment the other day at the OKC VA TBI clinic. I mentioned the dizzy spells I get when I turn my head, tinnitus getting worse, depression increase, memory problems, headaches, blurry vision in right eye. The doc (actually a PA) dismissed it all and said it wasn't related to my TBI and released me back to my primary care. Said I can make my own appointment at the vision clinic by walking in, same with mental health clinic.

I reported the issue of not being able to view all of the rating schedules on the VA web page almost three weeks ago. I think that it shows the VA continues to fail to meet their mission under the “duty to assist”.

They, the VA should reference all disability ratings with the title, code paragraph number for each disability and rating on all your claims. That's what we should push for the VA to show supporting documentation just like we have to show evidence of our conditions.

They make it hard to see the DBQ's and TERA so you have to get help to sse them for appeals. They make it hard to cover for their arbitrary performance. F. Miller

yes it's shameful. The VA has not paid my spouse support plus my kids since 2010 and when I filed for correction they dismissed it lol.. I called and had no so friendly discussions with them about their shameful incompetents. I refilled with supporting marriage of 30 years and birth certificates. I bet the screw this up again
