Pieris Zarmas was born in Cyprus in 1933. He studied in London where he took his diplopa in music from Royal Academy of Music, το Guildhall School of Music and Drama και το Royal College of Music. He continued his studies in Milan at Scuola di Perfezionamento.
He began giving performances in Milan Barcelona and Athens,until he hired in the Opera of Vienna as a Baritone where he worked until 2004. He died in 7 of April in Bonn.
