'Τόπος' (Topos) is a documentary series by Eudaimonia Tourism, exploring the unspoken truths and interconnections of Greek destinations, authenticity and tourism. In each episode, Dimitris Palaiogiannis engages in honest conversations with locals, uncovering their hopes, challenges, and visions for the future.

Greece's islands have been world-renowned tourist destinations for decades, but this growth has not come without challenges. Concerns about overdevelopment, environmental degradation, resource strain, and cultural loss are beginning to surface. While large-scale developments focus on short-term gains, the voices of local residents are often overlooked.

This episode sheds light on the people most affected—the locals who live in these places year-round—and the growing debate over the future of their homes. From seasonality and sustainability to the delicate balance between tourism and tradition, their stories reveal the urgent questions shaping the next chapter of Greek destinations & tourism.
