It's a big hatchback, but Lexus calls it a crossover. From a design perspective, it's really a bit difficult to describe it accurately as it can reflect a variety of different features. The body features sharp lines, bold styling, short overhangs and elegant proportions. The front end is wide and aggressive, with slim boomerang-style headlights embedded in the hood. There are air intakes on both sides of the front grille and air outlets behind the front wheel arches. dissipates heat from the front wheel braking system. The rear of the car is a large bumper structure surrounded by side panels, and the recessed part is related to ventilation. The taillight group consists of three parts. The horizontal and vertical light strips on both sides are very thin. The two ends of the horizontal light strip are gathered in the shape of a needle and extend to both sides of the vehicle body.

The LF-ZC's interior continues the futuristic theme of the exterior, with a more racing-like fork-style steering wheel and a massive screen shifted to the passenger seat side. In front of the driver is a much smaller digital instrument panel. Both vehicle and machine systems will integrate the latest Lexus artificial intelligence technology and next-generation voice recognition system. According to the brand, the two systems can offer route and mode recommendations that suit the driver's preferences, taking into account the driver's daily activity patterns and emotions. The so-called Bamboo CMF concept is also highlighted in the cockpit, meaning extensive use of sustainable materials throughout the cabin.

Lexus did not provide information about the battery capacity and type, nor did it provide information about the powertrain of the electric vehicle. But the company said the concept car and subsequent production models will use "next-generation prismatic high-performance batteries" that should have a range of around twice the range of "conventional" battery electric vehicles currently on sale.

Lexus also claims that this concept car features a leading aerodynamic design with a Cd of less than 0.2. Everything looks good, but the production version won't appear until 2026.

Lexus finally mustered the courage to embark on the path of transformation. Even though it came a little late, it was still much better than standing still.
