To this day it makes no sense to me how in the arrowverse, people still find some things to be impossible to be believed in, yeah, sure, when Eobard killed Barry's mom and framed his dad, most people had never heard of metahumans and supernatural powers in their universe, so it just seemed like Barry's father was either lying, crazy or both, before the particle accelerator blew up superpowers in their universe were basically just fairy tales, but at this point how long has it been since people have started seeing humans who are capable of running faster than a bullet, summon tornadoes, turn their skin into metal, throw lightning of their hands? About 7 years? and then a guy says "It was not my fault, someone used their powers on me and forced me to do it" or "It wasn't me, someone shapeshifted into me to frame me" and suddenly "innocent till proven guilty" goes out the window. It makes no sense.
