Great content Sahil, very valuable. Couple of more points to add : 1. Potential risks due to uncontrolled factors or regulated Industry like IOCL / HPCL 2. NIM Ratio for the banking stocks. If it is <5% then it is No ?? 3.Moat of Business and not diversified enough in case of uncertainties 4. Company dependent one single of couple of customers, classic example is MTAR. 1. Growth - Comp should grow minimum 15%
2. Margin - Avoid co's with very low margins or volatile or declining margins
3. Criteria - ROE AND ROCE - look above 15-20%.. in banking n bnfc look only ROE
4. Debt - exception on co. Like Tatas
5. Cash from operations - Avoid co's with negetive cash From operations. Exemption in few high growth comp.
6. frequent change in leadership
7. Frequent change of auditor
8. Criminal or illigal charges against the promoter
9. Institutional or HNI fii dii holding
10. extremely High valuation - Do check his underrated video on valuation analysis. PE doesn't show the real valuation
11. NPA and loan book breakup - avoid co's with NPA increasing and loan book is very Riskky (unsecure lending)
