Context here, this is a mod called TNO for a game called Hearts of Iron 4 a strategy game, in a world where WW2 ends in a stale mate where Germany pretty much ends up in a winning positions the USSR breaks apart and USA becomes isolationist until Japan drops an A bomb in Pear harbor forcing them to surrender, There is a civil war and warlords in Russia and one of them Sergey Taboritsky a radically religious man gets power in Russia unifying it into a Tsarist empire and he believed that the son of the murdered Tsar would re appear as the messiah of Russia and the world but this was supposed to happen at midnight one day, The day that Midnight came nothing happened and Sergey Taboritsky found the skeleton of the son of the tsar wearing the crown with a bullet hole in his skull, Sergey Taboritsky dies in his delusion and in fear then the Tsarist Empire breaks away and collapses.

In case i got something wrong it was just what i managed to remember from the TNO midnight super event, maybe the lore changed by the time anyone reads this.
