Cityalight, thank you for God centered songs. This song has spoken so much to me. My vain attempts at happiness, at being "good enough, " were all failed attempts. Thank God that His Strong, steadfast hand is what keeps me. That surly is a blessed assurance. That its not me, never has been and never could be, but it's all Him and His sovereignty. I didn't deserve anything He has given. The only thing I have earned was wrath, but now that has turned to assurance that one day I will be with Him for eternity.

I recently came across cityalight songs ...they r sung with simplicity. What I like the most is every musician singing they look committed to Jesus .. I hardly get to see this in big shows.
Please keep it this way ..don't change .. the Christian music world is changing & I m so worried where the young generation heading towards.

I wish there was a one hour loop for this song. I listen to it over and over again, singing along, paying attention to the lyrics. It conveys a powerful message, that we are nothing without God. He is everything we need.

This song means so much to me, cane to me and helped me through a really hard time earlier this year - I was diagnosed with chiari malformation and had to undergo brain surgery, I had a difficult recovery and intense, horrible pains for days after the surgery, I couldn’t read anything, couldn’t do anything to take my mind off it, someone recommended cityalight and I was listening to music on my headphones in hospital, I couldn’t focus on none of the songs at all, but somehow. Someway(God) this one came through crystal clear and my pain was eased for those brief minutes. I truly thank God for this group and this song
