How to Process Attestation of Documents in the MOFA online | via Aramex

Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel!

I've been really busy this past few weeks after giving birth. There's a lot of documents need to process and one of those is the attestation of my newborn baby's birth certificate to MOFAIC. I decided to share it to you guys how I process the documents and I hope it will be helpful for you too for those living here in the UAE.

Note:
1. Please don't forget to call the courier (Aramex) and make sure that they will pick up your documents in your area :)

2. In case you have not receive the airway bill on your email, call them and give them the collection reference no. you received. Print it out once you received the airway bill.

3. Prepare an envelope and sealed the docs, because they will not provide an envelop for you. Unless, they have spare envelops in their car 😅

4. Wait for few days and Aramex will bring it back to your doorstep. Super easy and convenient!

By the way, after the attestation of the birth certificate in the MOFAIC, go ahead and process the Report of Birth and passport of your baby in the Philippine Consulate. I will upload the video soon for your reference too :)

Can my dubai clearance letter be attested in soft copy? because i read that they only attest original copies yet after application of the police clearance certificate it is sent to you by email which means i will have to photocopy it then submit it again to MOFAIC. Please advise
