✎ In today's #OneRule video, learn how to set boundaries and say "NO!"

Hey Believe Nation! It's Evan and my one word is believe. In today's video, we're diving deep into the art of saying no. We'll explore why it's crucial to set boundaries, even with close friends and family. You'll hear inspiring insights from successful entrepreneurs on how they manage their time and stay focused on their goals without getting distracted by endless calls and social media. Remember, when you learn to say no, you can protect your most productive hours and truly go all in on your work.

We have Oprah Winfrey sharing her journey on how she learned to say no despite her multi-billion dollar status. She discusses the challenges of setting boundaries when everyone expects you to say yes, and how she overcame the "disease to please." Oprah's experience teaches us the importance of being selective with our time and energy, focusing on what truly matters to us, and understanding that it's okay to prioritize our own needs and goals.

You'll also get practical advice from other influential figures like Dean Graziosi and Simon Sinek. They emphasize the importance of self-awareness and knowing your core values to make better decisions. By saying no to the wrong opportunities, you create space for the right ones that align with your goals. Whether it's managing your daily schedule or making big life choices, learning to say no is a powerful skill that can lead to greater success and fulfillment. I have experienced. Sometimes saying a No earns you respect. People start valuing your boundaries.

I got to start saying NO to things I don't want to do and I shouldn't feel guilty for doing so. I am allowed to say NO🙂

I’m sick of myself for allowing myself to allow others to delay my successes. I just end up pissed off wishing everyone, from my girlfriend to my mother, would leave me the hell alone. Well the reason is because I struggle with saying no. I can’t even sit down to do NOTHING if THAT was my goal. I just want to work on my career but all I’m doing is working on staying behind in my dreams and goals.

Every time we say NO to something that is not significant, we are saying YES to something that is.

My one word is 'NO'. 'NO' to a mediocre life or the people leading a mediocre life. They intentionally want to suck the time out of me and saying my one word is very very important. Thanks for this video

I like how Evan broke down the difference between an intuitive nudge, "no" and a fear driven, "no". I'm learning how important boundaries are both personally and professionally and how to stick to my initial guidance/intuition. My one word for this year is "BOUNDARIES". Up until now, I suffered from as Oprah calls it, "the disease to please". My heart is pure when saying yes, but I am the one that ends up not aligned in the long run. Today I had to go back on my word because being open minded, I agreed to do something professionally that 1) I knew I did not WANT to do and 2) I was not guided by my intuition to do. I felt super crappy about cancelling but, "sometimes you gotta do what you don't want to do, to figure out (or confirm) what you DO want." The contrast is a great tool as it gives us wisdom and lessons learned from that sweet sweet intuition of ours! All goodies for my toolbox.

Evan thank you for this.

I always felt soooo exhausted pleasing others because I want to keep up my image. But seeing all these guys talk about "boundaries after which I am not playing" helps!....

I don't have to go through whole series of all of them but only through this one video to get myself straight.

Thank you. Much love

Something I needed the most and was giving a lot of thought lately. To my surprise, I know there are other people like me, who find it hard to say “NO” irrespective of their position and status in life. Really been a help for me but I would also want to share the advice of my friend who when realised my problem in saying no. He said start with saying no to everything at first, yeah everything, the little questions thrown at you on a regular basis, it would give you some time to rethink. Think for a moment after saying No and ask yourself do you really wanna say No or you can probably say yes. If the ans matches with your previous response then go with it and you can always change your “NO” to “YES” if you are sure that you wanna do it and it’s not because of the fear you had hurting the other person at the first place. Hope it helped. Thanks for reading🙏🏼

Evan, I had a REALLY hard time with "What's my one word?" BUT IT'S LOVE! (Liberty (my first name) IS A HUGE part of love! I had to liberate myself of OTHER PEOPLE'S AGENDAS! THAT is loving myself--AND IF I DON'T LOVE MYSELF THAT WAY, I CAN'T SHOW OTHERS THE WAY! I'm here to show the world, VALES MUCHO! You are worth it, you can do ANYTHING! I #believe EVAN!! TY!!
