That's why Apple should make the iMassage in the app store so  a minor update could fix that, not a whole new OS to fix this. Same as Google doing with their applications. you don't need a whole OS update to update your hangout or google maps...etc.

This happened to me, took 6 days :( total of:
1 phone call with apple
1 phone call with T-Mobile
3 phone calls with Apple Executive support
1 conference with Apple Executive support and T-Mobile

I would like to warn people who are about to switching to Apple to make sure you are not using another family member's device upgrade on Verizon. Their saved voice messages will be saved on your device. When you two switch lines back to their owner voice messages are deleted. It may not happened to every person doing this, but this is what happened for me.

Ha, I knew it was Apple ID cloud authorization that causing this problem (apple still think you still own the device just like Google android devices when you login to any Google service an look up device manager which you can't remove a device from it even if you don't own it anymore it still shows up next to your current android device)...as I already posted a few days ago on CNET "Update" about with being sue over this bug.
