Josie, our Head Gardener recommends a light winter prune to take the weight off larger plants and help prevent wind rock or splitting. Then in the spring, revisit to prune buddlejas down to a knee-height framework of permanent stems, ready for them to put on fresh flowering growth for the season ahead.
