All I can say is I LOVE RIBS
Slow cooked special marinated ribs.
Marinade was my favorite beef seasoning (can be any of yours), bbq, pepper and herbs( basil, thyme, rosemary mix ) sea salt
Served with a side of rice and salad with shaved Parmesan and croutons lemon and olive oil home made dressing.
