For a natural teeth whitener use coconut oil (I rub w/ my finger) or baking soda.
The coconut oil can also help heal early-staged cavities & use a tbls to swish around your mouth, as well, pushing between teeth. Do NOT swallow, but spit into the garbage so you don't cause any clogged pipes with prolonged use.

The hydrogen peroxide gel that goes on whitening strips has little to no effect on your oral micro biome whatsoever. The natural bacteria in excess on the enamel of the teeth cause decay when they break down sugars. Killing the ones on the tooth surface hurts nothing. The strips can cause some sensitivity which can be combated with a sensitivity toothpaste

Essential oils are not non irritating. it's possible to develop an allergic reaction to any essential oil!

Whitening strips are fine, hydrogen peroxide is the only way to whiten teeth. Also you can use all the serum you want but if you’re not using sunscreen you’re only doing more bad then good. And shaving cream is good but isn’t any better then like all other brands.

Natural essential oils means nothing, unless you know the sourcing or how they've been processed. Fragrance oils are often essential oils that have been highly processed to be used for that purpose.

The upcircle serum isn't so great when you realize geraniol, citral, linalool, etc at the end of the list are bad fragrance ingredients so I'd stay away from that one.
