I am a psychiatrist, who mostly dealt with seizures and dementia (retired). I saw a little of Trump’s speech in Montana. He slurs words occasionally, which is consistent with the previous dementia diagnosis, but I was struck by (one of the commentators on youtube actually pointed this out) - when he slurs, he turns his head to the left. It looks like an automatism; i.e. a complex partial seizure.; which would be consistent with fronto temporal deterioration. You heard it here first..
