Ariki Maidens with a special song sung by the dancers and composed by it's leader Mama Fly, delivered by our singers with amazing vocals and melodies by the talented Aumea Framhein along side the gifted Chantelle Cain and produced by Allan Mitchell, he also played all the instruments in this song and completed the song with his warrior chant.
An original song inspired by the members of the group at its humble beginnings. It shows a glimpse of their vision, their knowledge, friendship and acceptance of themselves individually, it highlights them as performers forming this group and leading this journey hand in hand.
The song reflects on the name Ariki as it means King or Queen.
It highlights them as strong, it encourages them to hold on all these teachings from now and forever, to always remember and know that throughout this journey the power of God’s grace will be upon them and guide them along the way. A heart felt song suggested by Aumea Framhein to compose a song specifically for the team.
