Very well explained Sir. In fact I'm more interested on doing something similar, but the output of the macro should stay on the other workbook ( where the real macro is built) . For example I'm working an the workbook (A) . In macro in workbook (A) I'm opening another workbook (B). Now I'd like to write something which run a macro already built in Workbook (B) and the output of this run remains in the Workbook (B). The idea is to create a workbook ' central' (A) which open a dozen other workbooks ( B, C, D, etc etc) , consecutively ( via a loop), run the macro built in them ( the same macro), save them and close them. I couldn't find a good solution for it.
