Guys, guys you know why Hecatia's outfit is so trashy? It's actually super appropriate.

1. She works in the outside world, and as a god of the underworld it's appropriate that she runs an edgy clothing store
2. She's a Greek goddess, and considering Greece's current economy she can't afford anything better to wear.

I love Hecatia, most people seem to dislike her because of her modern design. Honestly I like changes, we already have a lot of touhou girls with fancy dresses and skirts. Also, she's the only extra boss to have a helper besides Mugetsu and Gengetsu, I though that was pretty cool. A bit dissapointed that Junko wasn't even trying with her spellcard patterns though.

I think I found out why Hecatia's so WEIRD.
That's pretty much her role in classical mythology.
Hecate was really just a *weird* god, and had several overlapping jobs.
She was extremely powerful to the point where Zeus acknowledged it, and was probably absorbed from Anatolia or a conquered tribe. Even then, she was still a minor goddess who pretty much just did odd jobs when it amused her.
It should be no surprise that she's a freaky t-shirt weirdo. She was already the freaky three-body weirdo.

Looking back, it feels like the song is structured like Hecatia's ability.

Three bodies, three parts, each representing one of them. The first part at 0:00, the second at 0:18, and the third at 0:40.
And then, when 2:38 arrives, the three worlds come crashing down on your face!

Hecatia's theme also has really this impression of: "YOU HONESTLY THOUGHT IT WAS OVER, LITTLE PUNK?" It really fits with this "But wait, there's more!" kind of story part, and that Hecatia is really the trump card behind Junko's motives.

Why does she hold 3 planets like that?
Wait a minute...
Three planets, a triangle has three sides.
Hecatia has the mini planets in a triangle shape, obviously a triangle
There are two eyes in the middle but that's not the point, some say that the "minds eye" (third eye) is psychic which explains the floating planets, also it's at the middle of the triangle.
