Hi Foodies, as we mentioned in our community post, we are dealing with some personal issues at the moment. As such, we haven't been able to start our Malaysia food vlogs, so... here's an extra vlog we did when we were in Paris, talking about our thoughs on Paris in general as a food tourist for 5 weeks. Overall we really enjoyed the food scene in Paris & we had lots of fun learning/exploring about different foods/cuisines! Hope this vlog will be of some help to other foodies who are interested to visit Paris!

If you enjoyed this vlog do consider liking this video as it appeases the YouTube gods & circulates our vlog to more like minded foodies (It also puts food on our table so pretty please? 😂). We'll see you in the next vlog, hopefully soon!

Cheers!

That is the Parisian‘s attitude. Even French from other places dread it too. Lol. The good thing is, they are fair, they treat everyone the same haha…. It does help if you speak a little French though. Best is to enjoy it there and ignore those rude ones, there are many nice Parisians too. And it is a beautiful city. Thanks for the great videos.

I hope you had a good time ! The problem with brasseries is that some of them are crazy good because they make everything from scratch with locals suppliers. And some of them buy everything frozen and sell it to tourists to make a big profit. It's kind of sad.
But still I hope you had a great time here.

Hi guys your channel just popped up on my recommendation and you could say thanks to your nasi lemak review for that.. I'm subbing and will watch more of yours.. anyway I wonder why don't you guys keep exploring the gastronomy in other European countries..maybe somewhere in Mediterranean or Scandinavian countries?... probably you'll experience something different than French cuisine...anyway thanks for your honest sharing..wishing you all the best

Nice video! Are restaurants still asking for the pass sanitare? (Vaccine pass).. I plan on going to Paris soon and don’t know if I should still get it.

Hi, Thanks for the lovely and informative Paris Food Vlogs. BTW, can our vaccine certificate in our My Sejahtera be used as a pass sanitare. Many thanks.

I really miss good bread living here in Malaysia. It's quite difficult to find a nice, crispy baguette as many seem to be made softer for the Malaysian palate (I guess). Just to note that Paris is definitely expensive, especially the tourist areas but if you go to different arrondissements/precints or outside of Paris, prices can be lower. Thanks for another great vlog and best wishes!!
Also, just watched the end of the vlog and see your comments about French people- there are many nice and friendly French people of course but your observations are pretty standard for non-French people's experience of French. Sometimes in can be a language thing- some don't like to speak English and/or are not confident in their English accents, some are just plain rude- a mix bag like you can get everywhere I guess! But yes, your experience is quite standard, I would say 😊
