My gripe with this case is that for $100+ bucks, I expect to have the best cut of leather possible, and “genuine leather” at the bottom.

I couldn’t believe the price last year and I refuse to think any sane person would pay this much for a not even that great case. Yeah, that leather is great, probably. But come on, there are other very nice leather cases. Btw, it’s 199€ over here in Germany. Absolutely insane.

N52 magnets are the strongest permanent magnets that can be used. Some cases have a stronger magnetic attraction because of the arrangement of the magnets, not the type of magnets. (Cases that are only magnetic on one side are going to be stronger for the same thickness between magnets and whatever you’re attaching.)

Given the cost, would you say it's worth the value over the Andar Aspen which is just a little more than 1/3 of the cost? I feel like I would rather just wait for the black Aspen, whenever that comes out

That’s a nice case the only con is the lanyard holes in the side of the case
Be better too if they tighten up the fit so you get no pull around the buttons

If this was full-grain and available for other flagship devices, I'd be interested. That slate blue is a beautiful color. Like others have said, genuine leather is real leather, but it's far from the best. dbrand's leather skin is a better cut in my opinion.

I finally just started using my 14pm I’m using a souvenir rugged armor. Slim.. just enough protection and looks clean. If it was $200 I’d probably buy it still. Enzo looks pretty good might try it out.
