Yes...this is my nylon string guitar ;) In generell I play steel string acoustic guitars, but for this tune I thought it would be a great idea to change the guitars! How do you like this sound?

Marion visited us at the GypsyGuitarAcademy Studio and we recorded some nice tracks!
This is " I Didn't Know What Time It Was" - a great tune by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart from 1939. As many songs during this time it was composed for a musical (called "Too Many Girls"), but soon became a jazz standard.
Many great artists recorded their version (fe. Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday etc). We thought about recording a duo version with my nice acoustic nylon guitar. So here it is - I didn't know what time it was!

Have fun watching & don't forget to subscribe this Youtube Channel!

Bravo, this arrangement is simply beautiful. The nylon strings are so mellow sounding and Marion's voice dancing over the melody is heavenly. Thank you for sharing!

The guitar is perfect for the song and being able to see the chord progression with minimal soloing is fascinating and of course beautiful

Such a deliciously musical duet..! Your clever Latin fingerstyle guitar arrangement and playing with its soft nylon tones compliment Marion's gorgeous vocals - delivered with a smile in her voice...
Warm and sunny greetings from Spain, Joscho and Marion,
