St Anger is a song & album that you either get or you dont. For those of us who get it, ITS EPIC. Personally, It's an album that helped save my life & overcome heroin addiction, so this album & song will ALWAYS Hold a special place In my heart. ✊️🖤

james' voice cracking out halfway through made him shake it up and do some pretty risky stuff. that's a true professional. the guttural delivery around the 4 min mark is him making a save and sounding KICK ASS doing it.

I always enjoyed hearing these songs live. I went to 7 or 8 shows on the Madly In Anger With The World Tour. The St Anger tunes had a thrashier sound live. Kirk added solos. They fit right in with the old stuff.

Love it. I wasn't a St. Anger hater that much. Gave it a bit of credit back in the day but definitely not as much as it deserved. The album is aging very well. And it's even better live.
