Hi I purchased a HT 18 from the Shangdon makers. Sadly it has been a problem since it was un boxed. I paid extra for a cab with opening front window. 1st time I used it the support rods broke and the screen fell into the cab and the plastic rollers broke in two. So it's jammed in place until I can find some replacement rollers. The Hydraulic valve leaked like a seive after 2 weeks and required replacement. Initially the company wasn't going to replace but fortunately they did, but it wasn't an easy process. When I bought it I purchased a grabber. You would think that the company would make sure it worked on the machine I had bought. No on your life. Had to spend $NZ $$'S running new Hydraulic hoses and borrowing hoses from other functions to get it to work. With in the 1st hour of use the rotation motor flew apart with a cog and bolt + who knows what flying out. That had clearly bent the shaft in that part of the unit. Company is difficult to deal with. In fact I get the impression they don't care about their customers. Would I buy from them No
