hello. i found a strage excel inconsisten behaviour when using cond. formatting.
suppose i tie a range settings to a rule, let's say value greater than 0, and if is true it turns font settings to bold and color red. if i right click to same range itself, however, i realise the setting keep unchanged to default settings. it sounds like con. formatting and range settings dont talk each other, they move in different routes... isn't it? thanks for help

How do you highlight a particular number or word in a specific color? I just want to highlight the number 01 in all my cells to orange. How do you do that? I tried it this way with conditional format and it makes the entire cell orange not the number.
