3-link: fixed bird cages with only lower trailing arms, 3rd “link” is the pull-bar which replaces 5th arm

Z-link: one bar runs forward of birdcage and one behind

Watts link: same as z-link but a bell crank is mounted to the rear end housing with one bar running to the right and one to the left (instead of front and rear) **replaces jbar or panhard bar whatever you want to call it

The two top bars come off and a single pullbar runs from the top of the center of the rear end, at a downward angle, to a point between the driver and the rear end on the center line of the drive drain. The pull bar allows the rear end to rotate just a little to help with forward bite.
