The source of the suffering is in the duality of the mind, when you consider something to be good and something to be bad. Situation that you have you always consider to be bad, and also you suffer because you don't have something that you consider to be good. But there is nothing good and bad, everything has its reason. Overcoming the duality is the way to overcome sufferings, when you overcome the duality, you can enjoy the present moment.

Truth of life is that of you want to be calm cool and happy just believe in yourself and think about just this second because all that can cause trouble is not the past or the future it is the present

Sadhguru. It's amazing that things have come full circle. i'm woefully ignorant of many things. I wanted to comment out of this ignorance that I'm presently in that you remind me of a word I learned from a really old DOS adventure game called a Dervish. I may have spelled it wrong but in the video game: Trial by Fire 2 - Quest for Glory there was a character you remind me of. I'm happy to find that you break my mold of expectation with the thoughts you have an share with us. Thank-you for sharing your thoughts.
