How To Mix 2 Stroke Oil For A Motorcycle

This is how to mix 2 stroke oil with gas for a motorcycle. You need to do some research because different motorcycles require different mixtures of gas and oil, from 24 to 1 all the way to 40 to 1.
Metric 2-stroke measurements are:
25:1 = 40 ml per liter
32:1 = 31 ml per liter
40:1 = 25 ml per liter
Standard 2-stroke oil to gasoline mixture measurements are:
24:1 = 5.5 oz per gallon
32:1 = 4 oz per gallon
40:1 = 3.2 oz per gallon

Use these 2-stroke oil to gasoline ratios to mix the proper 2-stroke fuel for your motorcycle.

I used 32:1 in the dozen or so 2-smokes I have owned. Divide the 128 fluid ounces in a gallon by 32 and you get 4floz per.gallon. Plastic baby bottles graduated in ounces are what I used for 40 years. Prior to that I used a Coke bottle - fill with oil to a finger's width below a "rib" and it comes out about right. Things were simpler then and so was I. :-)

Never have seen that mixing technic before usually I pour the oil on the jerry can and mix it in there before it goes in my gas tank. Anyways you should probably not mix it like that but it won't mess up the bike that much but probable will spooge a bit out the exhaust.

Remember, little too much oil wont hurt your engine, but less oil will...
And you can always add more, but you cannot take away...
Mix oil and gas, rip soil, go fast, get ass...

Why don't u just dump the petrol n oil in the tank and shake the bike. Will that work?

i have just bought a kx100 the recommended ratio for that is 32:1 is that 110ml of 2 stroke oil with 4.5 liters of fuel? need help i dont wanna do it wrong

No no no you’re all wrong you are supposed to put whatever the recommended ratio on the bottle of oil you’re using into a gas can and THEN mix it🤦🏻‍♂️

Can anyone help me out I got a Yamaha pw80 dirt bike yesterday and I'm trying to figure out do I put the 2-stroke mix oil in the oil deal underneath the seat or do I need to mix it in my gas before I ride it I'm unfamiliar the bike did not come with a manual please help
