About 10 years ago I used to set my watch timer to go off every 10min to remind myself to not get distracted by what’s happening around me and to breath and turn to the Divine and invoke the Divine-Spiritual Teacher, in the moment. It showed me how much I am caught up in the mind made world through out the day and creating unpleasant experiences while working etc. it helped me to get out of that pattern and lead me toward exactly the kind of way to live that I had prayed for.

1. meditation ( start with at least 15 mins a day if you want to supercharge this, do 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins at night).
2. go back to your day, don't move unconsciously during the day. remind yourself to wake up, get present.
3. act on it, different people and opportunities are there for you, take action. that's how your impulsive inner gps will show you the right way to go.

In the morning, vwith my prayers, affirmations and decrees i talk to myself a little in the mirror. Stuff like " I love you, you deserve good things, you are worthy" and sometimes my subconscious will react back. I'll feel a sense of relief and gratitude. It's a great feeling.

Extremely well explained, funnily enough this is the first thing I teach in sales, because most see sales as 'eww, icky' and they don't want to be seen as a salesperson, this instantly self sabotages their success. Meanwhile, when we realise our client is the perfect reflection of us, or more specifically our inner world, our entire approach changes. Instead of NEEDING the sale and feeling icky about it, we can truly focus on their client, their desires and ultimate transformation. This is the difference maker for sure.

I stopped aligning with hustle culture about 8 years ago? Alot of the majorly successful coaches still push this mentality, yet there was a part of me that felt that that's not all there is to it & even though it's been a bit of a bumpy road - especially with the people who ARE so physically focused - its actually brought me more peace of mind. I feel an inner awareness developing, regardless of what's going on on the out-side, what other people SEEM to be accomplishing, that you notice that those accomplishments are not always all cracked up to what they seem to be. While others often seem to be getting ahead (of you), its that form of getting ahead that requires a lot more angst, than developing a connection with the NON physical aspect of yourSelf that knows all, sees all & can also guide you down inifiite paths, that would be a lot MORE fluid & a lot LESS stressful, then stressing & trying to force the outer world to bend to your will.
INSPIRED action, vs action "for the sake of" is where it's at!

Thoughts cause feelings so if you are having negative thoughts simply shift your thoughts to thinking of something positive, joyful or remembering a happy experience and whatever you are feeling right now is a perfect reflection of what’s in the process of becoming. You get exactly what you are feeling so happy feelings will attract more happy circumstances. You can begin to feel whatever you want right now and the universe will correspond to the nature of your song. You create your own universe as you go along so it’s important to feel good by thinking good thoughts. When the opportunity, impulse or intuition is there act, and the universe will rearrange itself accordingly just for you. Being grateful will create more things in your life to be grateful for. Visualize rehearse your future. Visualize what you want and feel the feelings of having it already.
