It's about time the Judge didn't always take the state's side

The only reason the judge reluctantly ruled this way is because she knows it would set the precedent for defence to ask for phone records from the corrupt cops and corrupt prosecutors and colluding family members etc.

This case is FULL of reasonable doubt!!! And I think she has a lot of issues and so does this case! Unfortunately the victim will never get justice imo

The judge needs to understand the purpose of subpoenaing the parents phone record is to drive a wedge between Karen and her parents' support. Is that specific enough?

I’ve now come to the conclusion that she is responsible for his death. I just don’t believe it was intentional. I think it occurred from a drunken night out and she made a poor decision that resulted in his death. I think manslaughter is more acceptable here than a direct murder (w intent) charge.
But who knows.. maybe there is some intent here. That’ll be up for the jury to decide. I think her angry voicemails in the hours after removes intent. It’s as though she had no clue… yeah, you can say she called her parents or contacted someone beforehand who directed her to do that but listening to the voicemails.. it sounds like genuine anger and emotion there. I think it’s enough to dismiss a 2nd or 3rd degree murder charge and go with manslaughter. Her irresponsible, reckless behavior resulted in his death.. that’s fairly obvious here.

If she's innocent, why not provide the records to show everything and be transparent. Makes her look even more guilty by hiding evidence.

Tainting the jury pool with this video on evidence ruled out.

I am so done with this case. We know she killed him. Let her get away with murder. I really don't care.
