Sir, i have completed my 3 year articleship in jan 2022 and cleared inter group 1 giving attempt for inter group 2, if i pass ca final under new syllabus (going to be announce), do i have to do that 1 year post qualification training?

Sir as per the new scheme they have limited the number of attempts wherein if your course has expired you can re validate it only 1 time, post which you will have to drop the course. Is such a thing applicable for the existing scheme students of ca inter ?
Where if you have already revalidated your course once, will you be able to revalidate once again for the second time ?

sir what if someone clears nov 22 and starts articleship in feb will the duration be 2 years

I am a direct entry student. I terminated my articles before 1 year. Now, I want to join in another firm.. Need to work for 2 years or 1 years ?

"PROVIDED that a candidate who was registered as an articled assistant for a period of three years before
coming into force the Chartered Accountants (2nd Amendments) Regulations, 2022 shall be eligible to
continue and complete the remaining period of practical training as per the deed of articles executed under
these regulations irrespective of any break in the continuity of training.


Sir, it says only those who registered 3 years before commencement of this act shall continue in old regime right, sir? So students who started articles recently can convert to New regime right?
