The onboard camera microphone couldn't handle the SPL and was clipping the signal. We had to remove it from the mix. Your sound system wouldn't be able to accurately reproduce the sound from the van regardless.

Well you have to understand that is no ordinary plastic, it has been reinforced using Adamantine fiber bundles for ultimate strength. As for the paper cones and rubber surround, we have no idea how those survive but some engineer must have a magic trick. If the fuse is rated for that then it must be good to go, they don't put incorrect fuses in those systems.

Put the volume to 4 when playing Pink Floyd, it puts an entirely new spin on the "Dark Side of the Moon" track, astronauts aren't happy.

We think there was candy inside, we mean woofers. Who needs candy when you have car audio!? :P

Ok, we can believe the nuclear reactor choices, the magnet power, the fuse rating, and even the construction of the system but a 50 mile long tunnel is where we cross the line, you obviously must be fibbing, it likely was only 43 miles long. We think 50 is a bit much, even for that kind of system.

All of that makes sense from such an intense setup, we expect nothing less. Any time you use it we can tell from here actually, it knocks our servers offline for a second and everyone has this vibration feeling in their teeth.

Good thing you passed on the reactor, we heard it was unstable and not a good purchase unless you could afford to fix it up.

You did not opt for the reactor? I guess it is pricey in general, so we don't blame you. Only 32 000$ for that cable? That is a great deal for 5 meters, you made a great choice. I bet it made those speakers sound out of this world!

It's called "Dance On Me" by Rouzy Rouz, definitely check it out!

At 0:40 "Alright, now we're talking! Lets close the door!" Allyn is awesome! LOL!

Without knowing the exact price on the parts you purchased, it seems like a pretty good deal. Parts are about $1100 and installing all of that gear will be a few hundred in labor. Seems about right.

They are not, it is a frame rate and scanning effect from the video camera that makes the subwoofers incredibly fast movement look out of phase and slower.

You only need 1200W RMS at 1 ohm, so if you bought four Dual 2 ohm subs you will be fine with one XTX3000.1 but if you got the Dual 4 ohm models then you need either a more powerful amp at 2 ohms or one XTX3000.1 will work but you will be slightly under powered.

LOL, yes your laptop would have a hard time dealing with the bass! We are trying to find gear that can handle the sound without clipping. Not like it matters, but we want to try something.

Most impressive! We heard about that setup but have not had a chance to get one in the shop. Running at 0 ohms is very impressive, we hope the nuclear reactor that comes with it doesn't cause you any problems or mutations. :P

That effect is actually from the camera and how it records. Since its 1080p, or progressive scanning, it records the image from the top to the bottom of the frame, creating the illusion that they are out of phase. Notice also how on the close ups of the woofers or the flex of the door they look wavy, this is due to the same effect, obviously the cone and panels move in and out all at the same time, but thanks to the camera they look like jello. Cool effect, but a little deceiving.

Sir! Yes Sir! Be warned... those 1.5" laptop speakers will be throwing out 150dB so make sure anyone around you knows they are in for some serious bass action. Chances are, the intense bass coming from your laptop could even fry your computer. :P

We would need to know what 15" woofers you have, what Kinetic battery model number, and what 0 gauge amp kit.
