The combination's payload of 225-tonnes has a Gross Combination Mass of 360-tonnes with four trailers, or a payload of 292-tonnes and GCM of 430-tonnes with five trailers. The Scania can pull the trailers at up to 74 km/h (loaded), and with four trailers on can climb an 8% grade. With five trailers, it can scale a 6% grade. The combination travels along hard clay haul roads in an average ambient temperature of 32-dgrees C.
