Dude, all the caps are blown on one of the cards. I can see it in the video. That's why the SLI was failing.

Maybe it was so unstable because one of the graphic cards was full of bulging capacitors (broken), which make the card really unstable ;)

I cannot appreciate it precisely but, seems like the second graphics card got all his capacitors dead (2:18), and seems that is the reason for SLI crash.
